Hardware Setup: We take care of everything. Ironguard IT selects the appropriate hardware, installs our suite of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and security software, and ships the device directly to your new team member’s doorstep or office location.
Account Provisioning: Simultaneously, Ironguard IT provisions email, calendar access, file sharing, and a full suite of SaaS applications, ensuring that your new team member is fully equipped to start on Day One.
Welcome Package: Your new team member receives a welcome package including a QR code linked to a short, getting-started video, helping them quickly familiarize themselves with their new technology.
Ongoing Support: Our support technicians are on standby via Slack, Teams, and Zoom for any questions that may arise.
Offboarding Made Easy: When your team member moves on to their next opportunity, Ironguard IT will send them a prepaid return box for their company-owned equipment. We’ll securely wipe the device and put it back into inventory for your next hire or help you sell the device if it's no longer usable for your business.
